  • Freshtiva ( the car ) at work

Drove Freshtiva to my latest job site today. It doesn't just sit in the garage looking pretty you know. Got a job remodeling this old store. Almost a week into the tear off and rebuild of the front façade so far. Waiting for the ordered metal roofing now.

I've had the privilege of seeing this car in person. It's even fresher than it looks in the photos!

Thank guys , the car was pretty dusty from sitting in the garage looking pretty this entire year. It started right up and ran fine though. Drove it at least 100 miles today on a tool run. Seems underpowered after driving the B6 all summer.

When you are ready to sell either one of those let me know!

                      Would help your space issues!

                        Fresh -

How much/what kinds of remodeling do you do?

I thought you worked with a tire company? Firestone?

Your Festy fleet looks freakin' awesome. You, Sir, are my inspiration!

I've done a little bit of everything. Use to do new residential framing. I don't do it for a living anymore. I did work for Michelin Aircraft Tire for awhile, amongst other things. I've not been too festiva inspiring lately I'm afraid. Two FOTM in the loafing shed. I'm ashamed !

Aside from your fry pan and garden produce posts I had kinda figured you'd got pinned under the hood of a runaway Festy somehow and had expired. Speaking of which: when is the inaugural run of Redford the BP gonna be?

You'd want to be a pretty self confident contractor and man to show up at a job site, full of testosterone-fueled redneck one-upmanship SUVs and pickup trucks, piloting a Festy!
