This is the turbo downpipe flange that I got from Road Race Engineering. It is 1/2" thick mild steel. I had the exhaust holes cut, but not the bolt holes. These I drilled out. I added a piece of stainless to separate the wastegate gases from the turbo, (prevents turbulence and make the exhaust from the turbo extract better).
This is the flange mounted to the turbo, so I could see where to put the separator. Note its position, needed to make sure it did not interfere with the wastegate.
This is a shot of the downpipe mock-up prior to welding, I have it in place with duct tape, also using duct tape along the oil pan to note where the downpipe needed to go under the oil pan.
