This is another shot of the top of the B6T back together. See how I polished the raised portion of the lettering to match the intake pipe. Then I painted the inside of the lettering to contrast. slick huh.
Now that we have the motor about ready to go in, we are going to upgrade the mounts. This first shot is of the back tranny mount. This is a harder (higher durometer ) rubber mount then the stock Festiva mount. I got this as a set from Roger at Festiva Motorsport. Here we see the back mount side by side with the stock (dirty) tranny mount.
This is the matching front Heavy duty Tranny mount. Also from FMS.
This is a side by side shot of the two passenger side engine mounts. The one on the left is 100% bolt in from FMS. The one on the right is the stock Capri mount.
