Update i dont know if my better half is going my neice has a bridal shower in Rockford, Ill on the 12th....I'm not going so i can come to the meet. She may come still i don't know yet.

I never realized how far the midwest was from Wisconsin, here to Lamberts 508 mi. Sorry too far to roll for a roll.

When I go to the Ohio meet that ends up in PA. it is 1,300 + for me .

Ohiostiva is 1,200 round trip .

I would drive 500 miles for a good roll , Oh wait ... I almost am :lol: 700 + RT.

^^ Pack has got to be the most dedicated festiva driver that we have going to meets. I have a hard time even showing up to them, much less being in a festiva. When i go to a meet a want everything to be perfect on my car....hopefully i'll be in one this time. If not I'll have to drive my s-10...BOO!

I'm about 2.5 hours out. If I have a Festiva by then I'll make my way there.

508miles isnt that bad. I'm goin to pick up my festy in Tampa and drivin it home to IL its about 908miles. But the drive is up 2 u.

508 one way 1016 both, and these meets never get firmed up 'til the last minute.
My Girlfriend is moving and I have to drive her car to N.C arolina the week before, 900 mi.
I have been prepping her car for the trip all week.
I have to make a living too. Barely, but a living none the less.
Finacially, and logistically, I can't do two trips in two weeks.
That shouldn't be a reason to flame me should it?
Maybe it is.

I'm sure we'll all share stories while being there, he was a great man. I myself fell short of meeting him before he passed. I don't know about other activities lke junkyarding and such. I haven't been to Ozark in long time, don't know what else there is to do there. I know rogerville has a dragstrip 1/4 mile bt i doubt anyone will be willing to run a festiva hard and might possibly break down. I'm down for anything that anyone has in mind though. I thought about bowling maybe, slam a couple pitchers, throw a couple frames. Fun times...
