Wow under $50 shipped and freshly rebuilt? That's a great deal. Does it spool quickly smurf? How much have you driven your car since you turboed it? I know you said that the clutch slips. I really want to Turbo my B3 as well. You didnt do anything with your computer, or your air meter right? Did you do bigger injectors? I saw that you added a FMU, but you said there was a vaccum trick to max fuel pressure?90 Festiva with Brand new B3, 5spd

Its at max boost by early second gear, so its not too bad. I've put about 100 miles on it since its been turbo. I bought a clutch from Spec and installed it sunday, I have to say im not happy. The clutch requires at least 450 miles of break in so i havent got on it any since its been in. That being said it slips under normal driving once boost hits abou 4psi. I dont know WTF is up but i Will be pulling the trans again tomorrow to see if I put it backwards, which I think is possible lol, if so I hope its not destroyed as it cost $250. :? As far as the vacuum thing, on this engine the fuel pressure regulator closes the return line any time the is positive manifold pressure, so the fmu is not really needed. Thanks for taking a look.Originally posted by wrestler3025Wow under $50 shipped and freshly rebuilt? That's a great deal. Does it spool quickly smurf? I have one in my 94 Mustang with a DSS 331 stroker, Vortec S-Trim supercharger and a plethora of other go fast goodies. I have to say that it can hold 630 horse without problems:-)90 Festiva with Brand new B3, 5spd

Its not a problem of adjustment, i can have the car in 4th at 60 and slightly apply more throttle and as soon as boost hits ~3-4psi it starts to slip. There's plenty of free play in the clutch motion that im 100% positive thats not the issue here. It will be pulled in about 8hrs so i'll have more info then.Originally posted by aspireguy95it took me forever i have a stage 1 i just kept adjusting it then drive it and repeat til it felt right.
