since the b3 and b6 are so similar can the b6 exaust manifold be used on the b3 stock motor? I searched and couldnt find anything on this so I figured Id ask. What other parts are interchangable just curious.

yes, rods alone are interchangeable from the B3 and B6.

sweet, I know that I should just swap but Im just checking my options. I will end up swapping but I just want to get a little more familiar w/ the car first. and thanks for the correction ice on my last thread about the cam (not more fuel) better air flow.

I know the throttle body i.d. is bigger and i know that the injectors will fit if you have the denso type ( I had a festy that had bosch type and were a little bigger) but they are more flow which will cause a rich condition at idle/off throttle and all around running bad-Greg
