Has any one installed a 4 in 1 header on a b3? Does it makes more power? If I install headers, do I have to increase the exhaust pipe diameter?

FMS sells B3 headers. I'm gonna buy one for my Aspire. They will not help in the low RPM range, but will help in midrange and higher RPM; maybe 2500 - 6000 RPM.

DON'T use the B6 header for a B3, the primary is way too big. Tom, if tuned properly, a header can increase the low end torque of an engine. but typicaly they're tuned for upper RPM power.Trees aren't kind to me...

Matt, are you still offering a DIY pre-bent header kit? Could you do a Tri-Y design or just the 4-1 ?Brian

Cold air = marginal increase, spark plugs/wires unless the ones on there really are old & sucky = again marginal increase.
A new cam will be the single largest increase that you can get without forced inductionIt's a good thing you don't read the stickies, you might of learned something.
