Oh man, ok, may I ask what Honda AWD are you parting from and how do you plan on squeezing it into a Festy or are you just going to keep it in the car?

If i were to ever take on a task like this i think i would do a k series honda crv swap. Use the motor trans tc and rear end from the crv. It would have to be custom fitted. Axles made to fit. Well almost everything made to fit. The festy would be just a shell on a frame when done for the most part. If i ever do it the front and rear would be tubed and linked together.

At this point in time i could not do a swap like this. I am still learning and collecting tools. Once i feel like i have the ability i will do a custom festy project of some kind!

That would be an elaborate build, I would definitely like to see that. There are other Honda AWD systems I have seen I'm just not that knowledgeable about all of them, I think the Cr-v one would be great though.

I would build it and get it running with the stock ecu and motor setup. Work out all the kinks of the build itself and then pull it apart for paint and turbo swap and built motor.

this will be a project in my future after i have a few more tools and better welding skills.

Haha, it's a Honda and convert's to standard easily. Probably could get a LSD that comes standard in a few models that would mate right up.

True. I would rather use a power plant and 4x4 system thats super easy to come by. If i went the crv path i could get parts easy without worry

Really though, talk to Nate about the "truck". It's a full BG GTX setup. It's put together terribly but you have a knack for reengineering and making things work I feel.
