It has a three screw base. It would have to be changed to use the Festiva two screw elevated mount base. We need some measurements to determine if it will fit. It is shaped better than the Mini visors. Mount close to the end, curved near the edge and slanted away from the edge of the rear view mirror. Now I have to look for X-Types!

Notice our headliners are molded differently than the Phillipine Kia Pride headliners.
They must have grab handles and manual belts. Our visors lie flat and do not have any molded recesses.Last edited by bravekozak; 06-08-2014, 08:08 PM.

My LH vanity visor is defective. The light comes on when it is vertical before you open the cover. The RH one does not. I just have to remember to leave it up when parked.

Can you imagine paying almost $600 for a rear view mirror?

If you look at an Aspire, you will see what I mean about using the hook thingy. The screw that holds it in is screwed into the front of the headliner. There is metal there (folded over from the roof) that gives structural support and a place to screw into. The epoxy loosened after about thirty adjustments.
The mirror would not hold its position any more and drooped down.
I went to Skara foundry and heated the stock ball in the burner flame at the base of the crucible for about twenty seconds.
Then I dipped the ball in a ladle of molten aluminum for four seconds.
Sorry, I left my camera at home. No pictures.
After cooling, I took it home and smoothed the ball with a Dremel.
I popped it back into the mirror.
The mirror is far tighter than whatever grip the epoxy could provide.
