  • manual belts available

here are parts still available at 4GREEN that isn't a perfect "bolt in" conversion but should be doable with common tools and sense. unfortunately, pride belts for the 2 DOOR are no longer available. but these for the 4 DOOR are. the center buckle stalks are the same for both. this is correct for the LHD with "belt buckled" sensor on the drivers stalk. the center stalk section is a direct bolt in for the existing holes in the festiva floor. the stalks are about an inch shorter than the festiva stalks. shouldn't be a problem. the KIA stalks will NOT accept the male end of a festiva belt which is just slightly wider than the KIA so you almost have to buy the whole set up. amazingly though, all these pieces are under a $100 before shipping.
the end of the belt that bolts into the floor through the carpet is EXACTLY the same as the manual festiva end but as the picture shows, the mounting at the spool end will need some modification. you'll probably have to bend and redrill the KIA bracket to fit the festiva mounting position. then just find a set of A and B pillar trims and your golden.
part# LH BELT - KK153 57 690E 04 / RH BELT - KK 153 57 630D 04 / CENTER STALK - KK136 57 620B 09 / REAR CONSOLE - KKY01 64 411 09 / BELT CLIPS - KKY01 57 985. also just to mention, the grey color of the KIA belts is a little lighter than the festiva grey belts so they won't match the stock back festiva belts but the plastic mounts and buckles is dead on.

I searched FourGreen for about 2 hours last week and all the part numbers I could find for the 2 door come up with nothing on their website.

The power seat belt tracks are still available. I have found five each of the left F0BZ-61610D45-C and right F0BZ-61610D44-A. I also found 51 power seat belt control assemblies F0BZ-14A679-A. Ford must have been anticipating that these under seat controllers were going to fail.
However, I still am unsure of the manual belt retractor part numbers. E8BZ-?

I am not looking for the Kia part numbers. I need the Ford part numbers please. They will start with the prefix E8BZ-
Does anyone know what the Ford base part number is for manual front seat belts?

                    I thought it was 63611B__-
                    08?

                    But I am not certain.

dude(s) here is the ford diag that combines the active and passive systems and gives you an idea of the group numbers. it was a chilly damp 8hrs. outside at work today and i don't feel like squinting at scratchy fiches for 8 part #'s but hopefully i can do it tomorrow.
as for the kia parts, i am going off german fiches for LHD parts although i do think i checked the other catalogs when i was looking for 2 DOOR belts and at that time they were no longer listed on 4GREEN. even if the 2 DOOR belts were available, they would still need modified because the end that bolts to the floor wasn't just one bolt but was a loop and sliding connection and might have been even harder to adapt to the festiva.

                            Brave -

I can vouch for the front seat passenger manual seatbelt #.

I bought a brand new (NOS) front seat passenger manual seatbelt about 2 years ago from my local Ford dealer (last one they could find...it's sitting in a box right beside me as I type) and the part number is indeed: E8BZ-61611A72-B. It is brown/tan.

Anyone know why there are 2 separate part numbers for the driver and passenger seats that BraveKozak listed above? I will say that when I bought the front passenger seatbelt it also came with the "U-shaped" center female seatbelt receptacle. Maybe since the part I bought included the center "U" female the "driver" side manual seatbelt ONLY had the driver side manual seatbelt and hence a different part #???

I guess what I'm trying to say is I see absolutely no reason why the driver and passenger front manual seatbelts are not interchangeable. Am I missing something???....
