      it was professional rebuilt and i can't afford 500 thats why i was asking if a aspire would work cause it would of only cost me 80...

        If the Aspire 5 speed was $80, then go for it if it looks in good shape. Any 30 day warranty on it? That would be safer. How many miles on it?

        Then again, lotsa work to do a transaxle swap. If your auto is doing well, I'd keep it unless you do a LOT of driving--especially highway driving.

          well it is doing well but i like manual transmissinons alot better i feel like i have more control with them...
