Aspire brake swap question

    Well, might not get oldest post award, but I tryin. I was taught if you need to bleed brakes and don't have a helper, get a flexible tube that just fits over the bleeder zerk. Loosen the zerk, stick the tube on it and stick the other end in a new can of brake fluid. pump pump pump and keep the MC reservoir filled up. Tighten zerk. Move to next wheel. Does everybody do it this way?

      i don't use new fluid, i let it gravity bleed into an empty container unil the hose end is covered and then start pumping (slow in, fast out)
      Trees aren't kind to me...

        which is the better way to go with aspire swap ?....auto or manual ?...i understand the auto brakes are heavier ?...true ?

          The auto aspire rotors are thicker and vented.

            hmmm...wonder if vented would be better than non vented or get the solid ones with slots/holes in them ( aftermarket ) ?

              wonder about weight difference between auto and manual cars ?

                  those look pretty good...hmmm...drilled, vented ...i like that...shipping will be cheaper for you too...seems like a pretty cheap price thou....let us know what you think of them after you receive.....

                    i drove an aspire swaped festy that had vented/drilled/sloted rotors, it didn't stop nearly as hard as my capri swap and it was harder to modulate the pedal. just my personal experiance.
                    Trees aren't kind to me...
