    Yeah when you say break the 11secs are you talking fwd 4cyl or any swap ?
    with a tickled v6 turbo or v8 you could get the front end of the ground long enough for it to not count..

      Idea #2 would be called a strut rod or tension rod. Car manufactures have been using a design like that for decades. As long it can pivot where you attach it to the frame either with bushings or a heim joint, it should make a huge difference.
