My backspacing is 4 1/2" and the backspacing of the wheels I'm looking at are 3 3/8".

My trike is based off the Festiva 1.3l and 3-speed auto transaxle and associated front suspension components, so no need to contact the company. Wheels should arrive next Monday. They're the exact same model of 70's Western Wheel Turbines that I also have on my LLV (yeah...I own a mail truck and a parking enforcement trike. Ha!), so I figured it'd be worth the gamble to see if both my rides could have the same style wheels. Worst comes to worst, I could always tub to make them fit. lol.
For those of you with aftermarket wheels on your Festivas: What do you do in regards to wheel bolts/lug nuts? I currently have the standard Festvia wheels bolts, but for the wheels I have coming, they are designed for a washer and lug nut.

I use whatever the manufacturer of that wheel calls for on that particular wheel. IE BMW wheels I use BMW spec lug nuts. Most of the local parts stores stock them. But YOU have to tell them what size or DORMAN pn you desire. Some people like to read fiction,I prefer to read repair manuals. I recommend these http://www.jbugs.com/product/9533.ht...els-studs-nuts
or these http://www.jbugs.com/product/9516.ht...els-studs-nuts
For either one, you will need four sets and will have four studs left over, since they are five to a set. If you buy the second set then you have more options for the nuts, like maybe a set with locks from a McParts store; and maybe in nice colors too.Last edited by TominMO; 04-09-2013, 09:12 PM.90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods
