Got my spoiler in mail today and installed it.
Makes the car look so much better.
Also Im in the process of re-installing my A/C.





Used the stock inside cover plate, just trimmed the center circle bump thing

A BP is a 1.8 DOHC motor that comes out of escort GT's and Protege lx's

Front bumper loose on ends? the "sag" at wheel well can be fixed by putting a screw though the bumper and into the fender.
"if stock screw is missing just replace it"

Front bumper loose on ends? the "sag" at wheel well can be fixed by putting a screw though the bumper and into the fender.
"if stock screw is missing just replace it" There is a place for the screw, but the bumper is torn there, so a screw won't help at this point.

BP is just an engine code. DOHC is dual overhead cam. OEM is original equipment manufacturer.

Thank you Aaron, I hate not knowing the words for acronyms and abbreviations. I also prefer to understand what in the world the words mean once I know them!

^sorry, my answer wasn't that clear. I thought about it once I wrote it.
As for the bumper, Bumper covers at pull a part are only $25 each.
So buying one of them and replacinf would be better than rigging it while broken.

Grill progress

This grill was completely broken in half from my red festy.
This is my first time doing fiberglass and bondo! coming along pretty good.
grill is going to be yellow with black mesh and a circle mazda emblem with the mazda letters yellow but the rest of the circle black.

As promised a few pix...
Havent decided where to place the MAZDA emblem yet.
The emblem came off the protege my BP came out of. was chrome when I started.

Installed grill

Left it with just the mesh for right now, I cant find a "good" way to mount the
emblem without it either looking dumb, or not sturdy enough."edit" I used thin red wire to hold it, "barely noticable!"





BTW^ Im planning on painting the whole car Yellow! and leaving bumpers black.
