Personally, I'm not worried about the DOT approved crap, I know how strict they are around my area for lighting, and they wouldn't even check if my taillights are DOT or not

ah, ok. when that style was first posted here i remembered it being from an Iranian member and we investigated into the possibility of getting them to the states, but found that they were manufactured in Iran. now if a company in Tiwan is making them, we CAN purchace those, BUT, they are still not DOT legal (no provision for a reverse indicator lamp and no corner marker lamp).Originally posted by navid_2nh View Postthose tail lights are made in taiwan
i thought they are available there!

^ can't get those here, and they wouldn't be DOT legal without modification. we in the States aren't permited to purchace ANYTHING from your country at the moment (stupid embargos).

Got done work early today so i decided to get my coolant pipe finished up today

I decided to make the flip around like this since it was easier to make, plus the old one just looked weird lol

Here's a pic of the old setup

Final test fitting the new pipe

Then a coat of paint (although the pic really sucks)..... once it's dry, it get the pipe installed and hopefully the rest of the front end as well

Thats it for now
