Is there anything else you should replace while you have it out and apart? Cam/ crank seals, water pump etc?

well i've found an antifreeze leak unfortunatly, and just as i had feared the water outlet i had to replace, is leaking, and this is how far i have to tear the engine apart just to fix the leak

so in other words, i'll be pulling the engine this weekend :angry4::angry4::angry4:

Page 4- Cylinder Select. You might want a MSD box anyway down the road so this will do it for ya.

Get a msd box. you cut the little red wire so it outputs correct signal for a 6cyl, then hook up a tach adapter inline to the stock tach so it works. I have a MSD 6AL BTM and a tach adapter so my factory tach works.

no, you cannot just add resistance. Tachs are frequency meters, or 'event counters'. Basically, the interface adapter outputs two pulses for every three it sees.

That's the one everyone uses for the pick-ups.
