        • You could possibly will probably have probs with the turbo clearing the rad if you cut off the dp flange and weld on a t3 one. looks like it will be too far out from the block and too far to the drivers side. set your turbo up next to the motor and see how close it will be to the engine. also depends on how your engine placement in the car will be. just a thought.

          • its just a thought.... it may or may not work... but if it wont then ill have a flange to work with

            • yeah thats what i was thinking, at least you have a flange to work with. Go to homedepot and buy some gas pipe fittings lol

              • the threads in them help swirl the gases in to the turbo and spool it faster LOL.....

                • I ground the threads out with a carbide bit to open it up to the same inside diameter as the rest of the pipe. I was too worried about pieces of my rings getting caught up in the threads, i want them to flow smoothly through the turbine....

                        • i got the trans our of the car today and mated it to the motor. then got the half shaft on the motor (sort of) im gonna leave it with only one bolt holding it and then drive it over to my friends house (slowly, lol...)and weld the little plate on the end of it... swaped the sensors in the trans and some of the sensors in the motor... im gonna hopefuly get the injector harness done tonight and put the fuel rail back on... maby get the motor in tonight... most likely tomorrow...

anyone know what a stock clutch will hold for power? also can you use the festiva FPR? it fits on the fuel rail and has the proper fitting on the end, not that chrome one where you need that tool to take them off.... will it give the right fuel pressure?

                            Stock clutch from what trans?
If youre putting in the bp than use the bp fuel rail. The plastic fuel line is like shrink wrapped to the quick disconnect fittings on the rail. I cut off the plastic line, revealing the barbed fitting and clamped my fuel line to it. Supply on pass side, return on driver side.
