sasquatch's b6t swap build thread

  • i have a centerforce on my b6t and that one worked good with that motor and i was planning on swapping them... but then i have to buy anotherone for the 323 when i sell it... im just gonna leave the stock one in and when i get boost then ill swap the clutch to a good one... or deal with it slipping for a bit lol...

      • injector harness is done, i even tucked it down behind the fuel rail to hide it i should have the motor in tonight

        • and the motor mounts dont work back to the drawing board...

          also after i took out the b6t i found out that the bp dist will fit in the b6t... that means i MAY have been able to get the b6t running on a bp computer... it may have worked, it would have been worth a try.... but i THINK just for fun ill try and put the b6t in to the parts car and try to run it on a bp ecu lol...

              • i should be getting my friends welder over to my house tomorrow and im gonna try to make a new sub frame to make the mounts work... but i may not get to that untill sunday...

                • I told you it should work. All you have to do is use the bp distributor and vaf and disregard the knock box on the b6t.

                              • As per eurotiva......ive been busily preparing my festiva for the assault on the 11's!!!! Should be doable with this years changes.
                                New enginemanagement....imagine a crome tunable mazda and you get the idea
                                Watermeth with 550cc injectors
                                And if its as scary as I anticipate....a 6 point cage
                                And a fresh coat of flat black for the hood

                                I'm looking forward to racing mike at the track this year!!!
