^^yup lol I actually gave Paul the spliced harness I used when I was running the B6T and the original harness to the GTX stayed in the GTX lol

Got some work done on the GTX tonight, i started by bolting the B6T and trans together, i realized my B6T came from a FWD GT because i had to cut a piece of the oil pan off to clear the AWD trans

Here's where i had to cut clearances

And on a side note, even with the engine/trans out of the car, what a PITA the starter is to install!! lol

I beleive i am also missing the bracket that bolts to the body for where the engine mount bolts to, so i'll need to search for one of those as well

Then i wen to bolt the crossmember back onto the car to install the engine and i had troubles installing the rear bolts, so i'll need to get a tap to clean the threads on the body before i can finish bolting up the cross member, but i did also get the stabalizer bar bolted back in

Then i emptied most of the parts out of the GTX so i can start sorting through everything so i can start making sense of all the parts i have and may need

Then some interior shots..... and yes the interior needs a good cleaning

and then i got the fenders bolted back on, mainly so there not in my way

          here's tonights progress

This tranny is very wide (front to back wise) it was definately meant to be installed from underneath, if the master cylinder was installed, it would have been in the way for sure

But after a lot of fighting with it, here it is

next came the hood and headlights etc

Last night I got the front axles in, the clutch and brake master cylinder installed, the rad is installed and the slave cylinder, next I'll be getting the wiring taken care of and getting the gas tank ready to be re-installed so I can get the long drive shaft mounted
