I don't know if I would want to go any darker than my current VX wheels. It sorta hides the actual rim design that I like. I was thinking even just a tad lighter than the VXs just because I think it would look good with my future blue.

Hyperblack wheels. It would make that blue explode.

^Excellent! Got the first coat on one wheel. I'm using Duplicolor HPW102 Graphite. Wheels have a pretty grainy texture to them so I figure ill do about 7 coats of clear to smooth them out.

          After:

Not the best "hyperblack" look, but for only $32.xx in supplies I couldn't say no.

They look good IRL too! Did you do the clear coats already or is that just the graphite paint so far?

Did you paint your exhaust manifold on your b6t? I hope it's jet hot 2000 degree paint

                  Yes, and yes it is.

This was one coat. Just did the other 3 this weekend. They look pretty good in sunlight unlike the grainy picture above.

Also, in exchange for my painting skills, Brad finished up my wiring so now all I need to get it started is get some new plugs and wires, install battery in the rear, and piece together intake and IC plumbing.

Washed and painted my hubcaps on my green car today since I didn't feel like "hybriding" my VJ11/14. Maybe next weekend. But anyways, here are some pics.

Wow donny, looks like instead of getting your B6T done, you just wasted a bunch of time.

And how come you didnt tell me you were going out there?

                            What a douche.

You're a douche. (According to your mom)

Next weekend you can come hybrid my turbo.

Separated my VJ11 compressor from turbine, now just need to do the same to the 14 and reinstall.

Got my tires onto my HX wheels (special thanks to Crazyrog17 for sourcing the work to his dad). They're no longer only 12lbs. I'm going to try to remember to weigh them before I put them on so I can compare to the stock Festiva wheels.

Also got my 5/16" spacers, 45MM wheel studs, "tuner" lugs and Loc-Tite but ran out of time this weekend to install. Going to have to order another set to do both cars next payday.

Bought some NGK Coppers too but does anyone have a recommendation on plug wires?
