Got everything hooked up and ready to give ignition last night, hooked up the battery and the main fuseable link started to smoke and make a arc-ing sound if alternator is hooked up soo... tonight, going to plug it in and pull out fuses until we find which system is causing it and hopefully we missed a ground that wont be too hard to find. Wish me luck!

Found an oil leak today.. i think it's the main seal between the engine and tranny. Gonna make sure to see if that's it and if it is the motor has to come back out :angry2:

I dont think it will be too bad, I see it as a good thing cuz i now i know where all the wires go, so i plan to do a moderate wire tuck while the motor is out and also clean some things up a bit

Project has been sitting for a while but since my last update i have gotten a new walboro 255 (old ebay one went out on me) purchased a rocketchipped ecu (waiting on delivery) finished the exhaust, installed gauges (AEM- tru boost, oil pressure, wideband and an autometer pro-comp memory tach) converted rear from lug bolts to actual studs with lug nuts, and made a short throw shifter (using sasquatch's idea)
