have yet to see the drive shaft and rear end tho
long way to go. He took his sweet time on the fessup. 2 years! His garages (3) are SO tiny. I don;t know how he does it. And he uses no air tools.

TONS of room. I drove an old first gen when they were new and wasn't impressed. I hope the weight difference will help a lot.

            Yup.

LOL! The 5 hour energy is just a rack he got free. The containers are his soup containers with highly organized fasteners o2 sensors, etc etc etc

Paul, creek pics expected and highly anticipated!

What is the weight difference between the Gen 1 RX7 and a Festiva? I'm guessing the Gen 1s were around 2300 pounds. My favorite generation, of course, simple and light!!

My old Bonanza boss Cora let me drive her new 1978 (or '79) red RX7 after she got it. All I had for comparison was my 1400 cc Chevette! Needless to say I was impressed.

I also just visited a local guy who runs a Mazda/rotary repair place out near Pataskala. Talked with him for a while and he seemed like a nice guy. His business has been off since the downturn though. Folks just don't have a lot of money for "projects" unless they're necessary. Too bad.
