      Im not looking for a 5 year project here. I dont have the means or money to do such a complex swap. I just wanna throw something together and see what it can do. Well not just *throw* it together, but you know what I mean.

        Same here, not really in the 2.3 crowd anymore. Im gonna be scrapping my 88TC here pretty soon since its pretty much shot. I have an 86 Xr7 now that Im gonna transfer goodies from my TC to, but I'll probably just try selling the car once its fixed up. Its a C3 auto car so its really only good for a cruiser. Too weak for serious power, too wound out for driving, and I dont feel like swapping it to a 5 speed.

        Im running the AGX's on my current BPT car, with 220lb coilovers. Youre right, on 8 they are basically a solid link...lol. Did you have to extend the strut rod with threaded rod? I cant get the rear any higher than it is now because I max out the strut.


        Can anyone show me a cage setup like you guys describe? Do you go through the dash and firewall?

          I never bothered to make it sit any higher, that's why ok tucking tread in the back. Plenty of clearancing later, no rub... LOL

            I'm also contemplating just going stock NA and simple for now, then go with the plans later on.

              I'm thinking about a d series honda swap with a 50 trim frount mount turbo!!!
              Will it still count if I run 11's with a honda motor in it?
