Wouldnt mind getting some more details about this swap. Its kind of the direction I was leaning. Since its doesnt make more power than the stock tranny can handle. :thumbleft:

The swap was really straight forward. I pulled the motor and the trans together out the top. Swapped the engine harness to the b3 harness, relocated the temp plug on the b3 harness(took 2 minutes, no splicing). grinded an area on the back where the axle contacts the oilpan(very easy). Swapped out the b8 motor mount for the b3 mount. Dropped the motor and trans back in. Kept the b8 alternator, pulley, thermostat, coolant pipes. You'll need to swap the temp plugs on the front of the block, and thermostat housing. You'll need to drill a new hole for the motor mount, right next to the oem hole.'93 BP-T 57trim TO4E - Coilovers - 13x7 steelies - 175/60 - 48k mi

if it looks diffrent, has a diffrent part number stamped in to it, or is a newer part, just swap it... its eaiser to do when your in the middle of doing all the work... not when everything is all back together and then it wont start or run right...

Looks like a new clutch is in order....
Me driving to the muffler shop, feathering the gas making the clutch slip...still open header. :eeeeeek:
