Sounds like my last 4 days. Its even worse when you buy a trans from a member.Sorry to hear the news,I feel felt your pain.

This tranny I put in... I know from personal experience this was a good tranny, so there's no blame to the member I bought it from

I guess I never updated this, I got the next tranny installed and everything has been running well for about a month now

While I was under the car changing the tranny, I noticed a rotted front subframe, so that was today's task, changing the front subframe

Here's my spare ready to go in

                  Old one out

Here's why i needed to change the subframe

                  And new one installed

Bad ball joint on the drivers side... Problem gone although I ripped my upper strut mount trying to separate the ball joint ugh

Then I decided to pull the spoiler, I actually like it better this way

Rusty but trusty, thats what I call my Mazda's.If that rust doesn't kill us it'll make us stronger Chris. Ever find yourself crawling from underneath your car, trying to find a mirror so you can remove a big rust chip from your eyeball.Seems like a weekly ritual for me :tearyeyed:

Lol yup I'm always cleaning the rust pieces off my face whenever I get under the car

But in reality this car isn't terrible rust wise, it's just the subframes that got rusty as hell, the body itself isn't bad
