By technicality, 2. I may go cheap-ass though and throw a B8 in the Lemons car for the time being. My blue car is going to be getting the full BP smorgasbord.Originally posted by eurotiva View PostGreat job guys, one down, how many to go?1989 Carby L: Stock. Slow.

GreenBullitt is exploring some unique ideas that, hopefully, will not require a hinged cable puller.Originally posted by Advancedynamix View PostTexas is quickly becoming a swap leader! a good life hack is if youre abou to relocate battery you can just purchase one of the Odyssey batteries and lay it on its side and it will be out of the way for the engines with the intakes pointed at the drivers side. the price gap between those performance batteries and a regular battery from Walmart all day long is no gap at all anymore a few years back there was a big one...1993 GL 5 speed
It's a MazdaFordnKia thing, and you will understand!

More or less, yes. I own a nice unit but haven't had time to practice. It's been 2 years at least since I tried last. Now that I've been bitten again, I'll keep practicing. Time to go get some more argon!Originally posted by eurotiva View Post1st time with TIG? If so looks great! Good progress, it'll be trashing tires soon
Interesting you should mention that. I have been pondering this but was not sure of the reliability of the odyssey.Originally posted by getnpsi View Posta good life hack is if youre abou to relocate battery you can just purchase one of the Odyssey batteries and lay it on its side and it will be out of the way for the engines with the intakes pointed at the drivers side. the price gap between those performance batteries and a regular battery from Walmart all day long is no gap at all anymore a few years back there was a big one...

I use a Big Crank ETX12. It's the same exact battery as my Braille, except more than 100 dollars cheaper! It's made by Deka in PA. Fires my car without any problem, Even works for cranking to prime the engine and then a compression check right after and then it started the engine without sounding stressed at all! and it's only 9 lbs! It's cheaper than a stock replacement at walmart, I paid 65 bucks shipped for mine off ebay.Originally posted by greenbullittInteresting you should mention that.
