Was goats. Now donkeys.
I need a set of Festiva seat brackets. Do you have any? Whole seat frame from both sides would be nice so I can cut them where I need them. Got the brackets removed from the MR2 seats and ready to do some fabricatin!!!!!!

I was originally thinking under seat tray But since I keep clutter out of my cars completely I usually have the whole glove box to put stuff in. Besides these babies have map pockets built into the backs.

I was eyeballing some Volkswagen black leather sets that looked similar in size to the ones you got. I bet those would fit too. Any seat from a narrow car would have a chance. I see those have a front bail bar, like my Tibs. No under tray, unless you swap bottoms.

This is what Matt (ZOOM ZOOM) and I picked up today. '92 MR2 The seat covers from my car will be cannibalized and put onto these beauts. My cousin owns an upholstery shop way down in West Virginia. Gonna take a small road trip as soon as I get 'em mounted. I will also redo the foams just because I want them to be pretty firm.
The bracketry looks like it'll be pretty easy to mount up, though I would like to raise the seats up a little from stock so I may have to do a little fab work. Was also wanting to mount them a little further back than stock. I have never seen anyone drive with the seat all the way forward. Being 6' tall I would like to sit back a little more "gangster" as Matt calls it. Welp!!!! Guess that's why I bought my welder this past summer. LOL

Well after our little mini meet today I feel LIKE MY HEAD IS GOING TO EXPLODE! I have heard things that cannot be unheard, and totally I'm stoked about seeing this project through. I'm comming up your way as soon as I can get some daylight! I gotta see the stuff you only hear about on the internets and dream about at night, which is supposedly in your garage haha..if you mention candy I'll know it's just a lure haha..

Here ya go!
I've got more than double the distance to get there!
Good luck with your search for a blue LED dash clock.
I already sold my old one.
I opted for no colored lettering and an orange LED.
Carbed isn't better. It just frees up a lot of room under the dash for cruise control and security/remote lock system.Last edited by bravekozak; 12-31-2013, 01:39 PM.

Derp!!! My bad. I always called it ECU/ECM. Thought it was something like that. Any way I wonder if dual carb'ed was better then why don't more people go that way? Would like to hear more though.

ECA = Electronic Control Assembly
I just call it a computer. Most cars today can't function without one. I threw mine out to prove to my boys that cars can still run great without them. Just wait for a Carrington Event and see what happens.Last edited by bravekozak; 12-31-2013, 11:35 AM.

Never seen twin carbs. I wonder if that is a good idea. Definitely open to the possibility. Definitely plan attending any and all meets my work will allow.
Forgive me if I don't know what ECA is, Engine control...?

Gomez, have you ever seen twin carbs? Will you be attending Ohiostiva 2014 this year?
If you like your ECA, then you can keep your ECA!Last edited by bravekozak; 12-31-2013, 10:34 AM.
