I think the spatter Grey paint looks good, take more pic's as you progress.

I think it looks great, take some pic's when you get the plastic reinstalled in your car.

Update on the plastics. I was working on my rear wiper motor and moved the plastic I had just painted yesterday ,and I put a finger print of Greece on one piece.
I thought well this is the test, will it wipe off?
Not so well, this was my only concern with the texture of this stuff, it would be hard to clean.
So I cleaned it off and I just sprayed a small piece with clear coat.
This should make them slick and easy to wipe down.

I'll let you know how it looks and holds up after it dries.Last edited by william; 06-16-2014, 07:53 PM.

Just got them done but they should not.
I sanded all the easy to scratch dead plastic.
Primed with plastic primer and painted I will let you know how it holds up. It has to be a thousand times better then the we're before.

Question, does it still scratch super easy like the panels in my car do now?

Little update I want to try to fix my rotted and sun faded rear interior panels they were really bad. I had an extra set the was just as bad so I figured I would paint the extra one I had.
So I went to Walmart looking for some paint. I decided to get some rustolem stone paint.
It looks like the old trunk spackle paint.
I got gray with black and cream spackel.
I also got some gray X2 primer.

I sanded the bad spots with 180 grit then washed with soap and scrubbed with a red scotch bright (320 grit)
Here's be four prime.

sorry no primer picks I forgot.
Here's a close up

I'm posting from my phone so please bear with me!
But they turned out better than I ever thought they would.

Thanks guys it should be a good build.
I'm planning on swapping the b6d from my current car. Want boost but need mpg's lol.
I am trying to get over to the jy either today or tomorrow. There are no festivas but there is 1 aspire.
It's looking like it's going purple metallic.
(All ready have a half gallon from a previous job)

I installed a lighted lighter from a Mazda 626. I believe every car should have one. You never know when you might have to start a fire.
