I had a G25MR tranny to install, but ended up selling it. I hope that it won't break again, but if it does, I'll address it at that time.

i think that some heims joints attached to the rear of the control arms and then to a subframe of some sort would help also. you could even tie them in to the swaybar bushing mounting locations and have them running from the front to the LCANeil

eurotiva is also turbo'd
Here is what my stock BP swap ran car #112,Specs are stock escort gt BP, with a cone filter, 2.25 inch mandrel exhaust to a turbo style muffler, stock festiva trans, stock festiva tires, shifting around 7k rpm, I have never driven this car or a stick shift car at the track before, so i think i could do better with more practice at the track

I did 15.4 with a BP swap w/vics inop
stock susp/cut springs
header/custom 2 1/4 exhaust w/magnaflow muffler
festiva trans w/ exedy oe clutch slipping
big 12'' tires
I just went on oct 21 2009 and ran a 15.355-60ft was a 2.2 and trapped a
89mph. The only difference was i got the vics working, 2nd gen rx-7 wheels w/azenis 185/60-14's @ 22psi, 12's on the rear @ 40psi, played w/the timming & rubber blocks in the rear to help w/ the squat. it's a 15.1 car if i had a clutch.DV8 1

Im assuming you mean the 4lug phone dial wheels? I have a set of them and was wondering how well they fit... did they need any spacers? (I'm mostly a rx7 guy but i have been looking into a swapped Festiva for a daily) (sry not trying to hijack this thread)Last edited by LightWeight; 10-26-2009, 11:36 AM.
