I finally have e-brakes... worked on the rear brakes today, I installed a set of the e-brake actuators that I cleaned up and got 'un-stuck'. Also installed the short shifter I've had lying around for a while. Not sure I like how far forward it sits right now so I might shorten the shift linkage a bit. I do like the way it shifts though.

Ive been driving festdiva all week. It had a bad weather seal around the drivers side window. The hissing and whistling about six inches from my ear was about to drive me insane. Plus its been windy all week making the matter worst. Its good to switch off festivas once in a while for comparison sake. Don't know why it never bother last summer but after driving Redford all winter it was an obvious annoyance. I fixed that, 98% improvement. I also had a little vibration in the front too and found a wheel weight inside my hubcap. Rebalance frt wheel tomorrow. I dont know what happened to the window seal it was like it had shrunk and pulled out of the channel. Im looking for a brand new one.

Saturday I went and picked up a clean bodied 88L for $400 bucks and drove it home an hour and a half interior is kinda shabby. Kept trying to shift it into 5th.
Finished the front half of my Aspire swap on my 91GL about an hour ago. I used the booster and master from the auto Aspire. Havent gone for a test drive yet but im sure Ill like it . I used the Aspire struts and springs which I cut 1 1/2 links off of. I didnt want to go to low but after bouncing up and down on the bumpers I dont think I cut enough so I will cut off another 1/2 link tomorow before I go to work (I work nights).
I posted the Festiva brake parts on E-Bay

I did a little body work on mine. Only took about 2 seconds near as I can tell. Although it's not a mod I recommend for the amatuer.

                              Installed HID lights .

Replaced my passenger headlight assy today and a new bucket .
Took the Drivers side out and washed it inside , it had a haze in it from a old bulb going up in smoke .

Replaced the drivers side brake caliper also today , and made it match the pass, side (red)..LOL

Painted a small white brow on the top of the headlight .
