I like skeeter's stories of people coming to jiffy lube to get their oil changed after 14-20k miles. It comes out almost like dirty water. talk about breakdown...

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

3k kms? whaaa? 3k miles city 5k miles highway. so that'd be 5k kms city and 8k kms highway, correct?

So you never traded it in?
I'd like to see a pic of the valvetrain.
Also where you're at I wouldn't recommend anything over 5w-30. I think 5w-20 is recommended in that engine. I would definitely use that. Lighter oil makes for more efficient engines. Especially up there.
I've always thought about just changing the filter and topping off. Oil is getting expensive these days. I use decent synthetics of course.91GL BP/F3A with boost

Gotta admit this is a tough one. I didnt know if I should give you an award or a revival .gif. So I deided in honor of your cheapness and not being able to look beyond the trade in value of your vehicle that proper maintenance gives you....
Ill give you both.
Theres more to oil changes and other vehicle maintenace than trade in value.
