Well thanks for all the great replies guys, I've been reading and reading and reading on here trying to figure out what I'm going to do with this thing

I have a BP 1.6 from a miata in my garage, I was thinking of slapping that in the car but at the same time I'd rather almost rebuild the stocker and run that for a bit..... just so I can know what the car felt like with the original beast in there

I plan on picking it up next week but I might try and go see it today (its been stored outside the past 3 years and I haven't seen it).... either way I'm pumped to get going on this and will do a full build on here with lots of pics

Thanks again for the warm welcome

the stock b3 motor "built up" isnt impressive at all.
the bp would make your festy suprisingly fast.

enjoy and welcome to the site.

You look happy enough but I bet you'd be even happier if those wheels were on MY car.

WAIT!, Don't answer me now, think about it awhile.

Its only cool if the sticker has melted away from the sun and your left with a glue spot in the shape of a sticker

That looks like a Escort console wrapped around the stock box that sits in the Festiva. Love the TSW wheels, I have TSW's on my car.

Well I went through my photobucket account, moved some stuff around and then went to edit my post and add a few more pics but this forum does not allow editing of posts... so in case they all disappear (like they will)

Here they are again, with a few more added in

popped the hood and saw this beauty... only thing is its been missing a hose for 7 or 10 years... wonder if its good and whats in it?

14" TSW wheels with T1's... the tires are done though

Drilled and slotted rotors with rubber lines... I think I might need to clean these up a bit

The dash looked good, no cracks or warping... just a ton of stickers

Its been around the block more than my mom

Had a nice seat at one time... looks like the sun killed it though

                        but I sat down anyways....

Part of the seat got up with me

                        Original manual

                        some more of this beast!!!!

                        noticed the starter was missing...

so we took care of that...

and a few of the exterior

                        shes gunna be a handfull

Well I picked up an engine today from "getnpsi", he said it was out of a aspire and thinks it may have burnt a valve or something

I also got the ol clunker home and into my garage

So now I need to yank the stocker, pull them both apart and see what I can make with the parts

should I just continue this as my build thread or is there a specific place on this forum to do so?

                                Thank guys
