So we pushed it up on to a tow dolly with Skeeter and it is on its way back to OH where it will receive a new fuel pressurization unit and hopefully be on the road
All in all, not too bad for a day and a halfs worth of work. However as with every swap, we had a few hangups, but nothing we didn't overcome!
Thanks to John + Pat for the place to stay, food, and some fun wrenching on festys!!~Nate

Yes, failure to ignite!
Not due to lack of effort on Skeeters behalf.
Hardware failure at the end of it all is somewhat disappointing but at least its a known issue.
So I will be putting out a [WTB] for two functioning fuel pumps!
Unless, someone knows if these and how these can be fixed.
Guess I might be pulling one of these apart to see if they can be repaired.
Pics to follow in a few days.
Thanks, Skeeter, Fb71, and to FordFestiva.com for making this even remotely possible.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)

John, it isn't worth it, get a new one... that being said, it seems that all the smaller mazda engines use the same pump from B3 to BP(na), so finding one shouldn't be difficult. and remember, just because it flows fuel doesn't mean it can hold pressure.Trees aren't kind to me...

Hey everyone! I'm posting photos of the engine swap that Pu241 (John) and Skeeters Keeper (Nate) did. Sorry there has been such a delay, but John has been too busy to sort through the photos, and since I actually took the photos and had them, I decided to go through them and post a few. Any technical questions should be directed to the guys. You might note that Nate's clothes are quite a bit dirtier than John's. I wonder who really did all the work? Be patient--there are 14 photos.
