      no... i found the best way is to pull and push side to side... that takes it off...

        ^^ I've pulled two in the last couple of weeks, never used a puller. Might have made it easier, can't say for sure.

            That's what I do, rock it side to side a bit, then pull it right off. Wouldn't know what it would be like to actually have all the tools needed for the job.:p

              when it comes to the wheel...I think it would just make it take longer to get it off. Undo the nut and wiggle and pull it at the same time and it is right off.

                lol...ya...when I changed the steering wheel in my ol' F250 I couldn't get the wheel off so I rigged up a steering wheel puller using 3 big bolt and drilling holes in a steel plate. It worked! lol Nice to hear these wheels aren't as stubborn though!
