    Hell, I'll post when I start organizing my ride. Last time, I went across the south end of the US, then came across central. Probably go out across central, and come back across the north.

    Tis year, I'll probably just do a Key West run.

                  So far, without water, pack weighs in at 35lbs. I have a bit of extra food though, i'm planing on pigging out the first night

                              I always wanted to do something like this until I listened to this book a few years ago.



                              Get it from the library on CD then rip it and listen to it while you walk. He talks about starting in late winter when there's still snow on the ground and how miserable and cold it is. They start early so they can finish before next winter. Good book to listen to.
