      A/C and P/S standard? No. My guess is KBB is just doing that for "accounting purposes" in determining car value in a generic fashion. Since most cars came with those options in that year, they have you deduct value if your car doesn't have them.

      As far as KBB values go, I think our cars are old enough now that the KBB does not apply as much as it would for a car under 10 years old. I bet KBB doesn't even know our cars are now considered "special."
