Will antifreeze corrode pvc pipe?

    And unfortunately, it is more and more difficult to determine if an antifreeze is ethylene glycol or propylene glycol.
    You need to have an MSDS, because color is no longer an indication of composition.
    "corrode" should not be used in this context.
    Metals corrode via and oxidation/reduction process.
    Plastics have chemical compatibility issues along with chemical and environmental conditions which can lead to material failure.

      Stainless is the key!-where I work it's used in multiple applications and in contact with volitile substances.

        festivBS, there you go Mctiva will send you some "cheap" stainless.
        A materials volatility has nothing to so with it being corrosive.

          I think i'm just gonna use some copper tubing since i can go down the road to the hardware store and get it. As usual i learned alot from all you smarta$$es -Thanks!
