I sure hope it wasn't a carb tank. I have a nice one that was used for only three months. I had to switch to an EFI tank because there was no room for a carb fuel pump.
It said only the 89'-93' Festiva on the ebay listing, so I am sure it is a fuel injected tank.
1991 Ford Festiva BP (Full Aspire/Rio Swap) (337k Miles) (Around 95k Engine)
2002 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport 2.2L DOHC Ecotec (Threw a Rod)
1998 Chevy Monte Carlo LS 3.1 V6 (225k miles) Best MPG = 28
Went to the farm today to check if my Festiva was still there.
I took off the cover. Yes, it was.
I proceeded to pull wires for gas tank popper and work on cruise actuator cable bracket.
An old sleigh on the farm.
Went to autozone to special order a fuel pump gasket, $2 total for the gasket delivered to my door by fedex. Less than a 1/3 of the price for the same gasket off ebay.
Now will the gas tank clear the rear beam, or am I going to have to pop the suspension off or something?
I will be having a extra set of hands to help with this job, so that isn't an issue.

Or you can go through the access pannel under the rear seats iirc. Whatever works for you though.

From what it says in the shop manual, it should just slide out the left side once all the bolts, hoses, and sending unit connectors are removed.
ehh, I will deal with it when it comes. shouldn't be too hard either way.
