^I had tires with 44psi max, I had filled to 40. Went for an oil change at.. I think Midas.. and they told me my tires were 'way over-filled' and 'dangerous'.
I lol'd so much.

new seats 005.jpgFinished my LX interior install.....so happy with it......
--new seats 009.jpgSpike....yep...thats my GL red stripe interior......who wants my left overs? Just let me know. I don't want the red stripe stuff....here is the complete install. Eventually I'll have these recovered with freshy new material.
Navdoc....it did happen....not real attractive with the two materials....but thats an easy fix. You likey?
LOL, I like the Backs with the holey headrest. Now swap the same cushions in. You don't like the red stripes? I always thought the Sort interior was rare.
Even wear from shoulder to shoulder. Fronts round, naturally, but back tires after 20,000 miles wear even across, so it's apparent a bit of over inflation is OK. If your mounting skinnies on fatties you'll probably upset the shoulder. Cheap tires that are less ply, they may balloon on the center I'm not sure, possibly if fatties on skinnies as the center will rise outward. . I stay at least 3ply on face if I over inflate a fuzz.
Trucks 8/10 ply, trailers 16/18 ply on sides.
But all I run is 8bolt/FF...... So it's basically a set standard in my book.

I run about 40PSI front and 38PSI rear on my Stivas. Never had funny wear due to inflation.
I run my truck tires (265/75R16 BFG All Terrain) at 70PSI and get a hint of center wear on the rears. Rotation cures that.
Navdoc.....Not a big fan of the restripe stuff...i like the seperate head rests and yes the holy ones are cool, but hard to find, these were hard enough to come across/I got lucky....I've got someone asking for the red stripe stuff already...not sure if its rare or not.
I love this little car. Take care...Mark

I've always ran mine around 1 or 2 psi under max @sidewall. It allows for better performance especially on a lower profile tire. The 32 is just recommended for a "comfy" ride per what people who install tires think they know
