I think you got a heck of a deal. Any older Fox body around here brings more than that if it's in good shape. I think the SVO's will be collector status in a short time. Too bad you didn't get the factory wheels with it.

He offers me the factory wheels and I told him I didn't want them. I personally don't like the 3 spokes or the factory wheels, its getting some cobra r wheels and new shoes soon. The tires are bald an I just took it on a 500mi trip and it rained hard...... not fun!!!

I would go get the factory wheels, just for the value. They were unique to the SVO. You can always install aftermarket, but you'll probably never find another set of the SVO's. I honestly think the original SVO's will be worth some serious money to collectors very soon.

First time I drove one I pulled over to make sure no cops were around, pulled back out , line it up and hit it hard. When the turbo spooled up I thought it was a cops siren from behind, I let up and pulled over

I still want the elusive 1987 t-top. That's the only one i never had. I had 2 sets svo wheels in the mid 1990s but I'm not going to talk about it.

320 is very reasonable on a stock motor. I know you have a bigger turbo. I run a chinese t4/t4 on a stinger tubular manifold.

I am having to go 30 lbs. of boost with an esslinger head to make that. Oh yea on race gas too. I make 340 @ 20 lbs. of boost on pump (93) gas

Look up John Huber on youtube, he has the fastest 4 cyl stang.

Also look into esslinger and stinger performance. They are both good companies.

Do u have the gutted ported and polished upper and lower intake? If im remembering correctly yours is the green one with a c4 and transbrake? If so it outs down some impressive times! I want to get an afternarket head and bigger injectors and chip the ecm and run 25 lbs boost. Even 16lbs is plenty fast for a dd. I love the car alot but my testy is getting monkey in the garage

I do have a gutted intake. Still a stock bottom end. It so far has run 11.25 in the 1/4 mile.
