Ugh, I broke the wiper switch completely off the steering column of the GL! :shock:
It's ok, I wanted an intermittent wiper anyway, and I got one from Tom. Probably put it on tomorrow

Oh, and just so there is no confusion, the name Black Magic doesn't refer to anything related to the occult!
I liked the name and I figured it would stand for the GL Sport being Black, and its kind of Magic because there are so few of them around!
Why do I think Festys look so cool!?

I was so worried about the unknown condition of the Aspire engine I had for it, and it is just running it's butt off. Great power for a B3 and it is nice knowing that on the 40 mile drive to work, it is using less than a gallon of gas to get there!Dan

Finally decided to get to working on the GL, after the Lakestiva meet last weekend. William verbally kicked me in the butt, when he saw I haven't put on the bumper I got from him last year. He said "You haven't put that bumper on yet!?" I felt bad. What a slacker. (This post for you Will! Since you don't FB lol)
So I started with the Swoopie mirrors, to see if the VHT hi gloss black Epoxy would be glossy enough for the bumper and fender I need to install. I wanted to use Epoxy to hold up to road conditions, as the Rustoleum Trim paint I used on a previously painted set of swoopies, gets kinda sandblasted after a while. Epoxy usually isn't all that glossy, and is ok for the mirrors, but maybe not as shiny as I would like for the bumper and fender.
Anyway, here are the mirrors repaired and all done up with the VHT High Gloss Epoxy Paint
