  • Had time to look closely at these lights. They are not top of the line quality, but they aren't bad. The sockets are 2 pin sockets that can spin all the way around but they do stay in place. Some of the socket holes are not perfectly formed but they do not prevent them from working properly. The stock festiva light have 4 bulbs, these only have 3. The stock light has an additional tail light bulb in the bottom corner. The new light is plug and play, though they will require me to switch 2 pins around: the stop wire and the turn signal are backwards. I will inspect all of them before sending out to make sure they are wired correctly. Outside of that and the occasional blemish on the black surround, they are nice looking tail lights. The part that everybody will see looks really nice. They also seem to be brighter than the stock ones.

Wanted to lay that all out there and be completely honest with you guys. Price will $50/set + shipping which I still have to figure out. I am thinking about getting 12" cubic boxes and they should ship cheaply that way or I can just pad the boxes they are already in and tape the boxes together and ship them that way.

    • You should name your fms replacement and start a locked thread with products.

Festiva Performance Parts? Having a hard time figuring out a name. That was the best I could come up with. Still waiting on more stuff to come in, little bit of a slow process starting out.

It actually is the complete tail light. Yes it was a made to order: had to have a minimum run of 30. The supplier can make other parts also: headlights, a couple different grilles, a few other things too.

Aaron brook and I thought about starting a festiva business but didn't really have the time, so you're welcome to use the name we had in mind if you like since not every festiva owner wants to go fast

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Here are some pics of the back of the lamps. The second light I checked, the wiring was correct.
