I did something like Kraig except that I added wire to an old injector plug and then had a small push button switch in the line. Hooked up some alligator clips to use the car battery as power. Sprayed carb cleaner through them.

      OK, your a genius too!

I just like the idea of doing this stuff myself!

Wonder if this might not help with the on going MPG battle!
Seem to be stuck around 52-53Mpg!

On long trips, 400 miles, at 65-70 mph I only get 45-47 mpg!
All fuel consumption data logged for the last 200K miles.
Also Note there is an MPG difference betwwen 87 and 89 octane!

I just sent out my 3rd set of fuel injectors today. I talked to Gordon at Witchhunter performance (he was nice as always) I told him that we were talking good about him and he said thank you:-) I pulled the injectors out of the 87 323GT turbo car that I pulled the turbo from last week. I am going to install those injectors in my B6 and probably put the turbo on the B6 before we do the B3. I took before pictures of the injectors and I will take after pictures as well, so that you guys can see the difference.

Very good ideas from these other guys. I generally just soak them in FI cleaner for about 15 minutes.

Yes smokin, it is ALWAYS a good idea to replace the o-rings before reinstallation. Don't forget to put a light coat of engine oil on the o-rings before install as well. It helps them slide into the fuel ports and rail.
