My heat problem is only when the weather turns cold.On a normal summer day the car runs at a normal operating temp. I have replaced the tsat twice, but still won't work when its cold out.I had to replace the head gasket and had the head gone through. Everything is new and shouldn't have a problem.Any ideas?

drain your radiator and flush it, then replace the tstat again. it could probally be gunk in the engine/rad messing with it.2007 Ford Taurus 23-25MPG

Yeah, me thinks b3 madness is on the right trail!
If one of the cable sheathing clips has popped off, then the lever doesn't open or close the appropriate vent!
If you have that much "gunk" in your coolant then you'd have other problems!
