Any one have a chart of the fault codes for the Festiva ? I have this sample chart but "sample" worries me. Also anyone have the non-naao section of a 1992 Power Train Control /Emissions Diagnosis Manual.

Thanks jglutz, I think I know how to obtain the code using a voltmeter. I wish I had a superstar tester and adapter but the voltmeter will work fine. What I was wanting was the one or two digits codes and what the codes represents. Kind of like the chart I posted. 01 = broken wire, 15= oxygen sensor output low, etc. I also want to get the procedures from the 1992 power train control /emissions diagnosis manual for the quick test and the switch monitor test. My email is shadranjohnson@embarqmail.com

phantorn: I'm not getting any code right now I'm just studying my favortie subject, Festivas The self test connectors arent much use unless I know how to use them.

The codes are in the Haynes manual. After they went with the industry-wide OBD standard sometime in the 90's all you need are the OBD (On Board Diagnostics) codes all the car manufacturers use.
