Maybe borrow a drill & easy out. Sure would be the easiest way. May want to take it all off again and double check for mistakes. I know crank pulleys are a pain. Cramped quarters.

yah i took the crank off and the bolt is in there, dont really want to take it apart so a drill and easy out should take it out?

Try the chisel method first, if it works it's much easier. Get a small sharp chisel, place it on the top edge of the bolt. Strike it with a hammer attempting to drive the the bolt in a counter-clockwise direction. Keep trying until there is no more bolt to work it on or it comes out. If it doesn't come out then drill and ez-out it. You have soaked the thing in penetrating oil, haven't you......

Put the chisel on the edge of the flat surface, force will be down and circular (may the force be with you...)
