Mine started in a gear , then went to another , then another .
I had all the bearings replaced in the trans , my noise went away .------------------------------------------------

My guess is throw-out bearing or pilot bearing.---------------------------------------------------

Wouldn't that make it whine in all the gears? I think bearings in the transmission is the right call. Drive it till it quits and then replace the tranny. That is what I would do because I am too lazy to fix things unless they are broken to the point I can't use them.My guess is throw-out bearing or pilot bearing.The Festiva Store
