Ok.. I finally got the pulley off and all that good stuff,but I pulled the timing gear off the crankshaft... so how do I find TDC at the compression stroke so I can get the timing right again... I found TDC but I dont know if its the compression stroke

Well I got the timing gear back on and aligned up to put the new belt on and I'm also putting a new water pump on. This is my first time doing a water pump and with the new pump they gave me this o-ring and i'm confused on where it goes.. lolComment

It goes on the metal tube that goes around the front of the engine, where the two pipes slide together. You'll find it if you take them apart.Comment

When I did my water pump I didnt bother to change that o-ring. Mine didnt leak so its fine.
