ok when i did my enging swap i had the same problem. try setting the idle adjuatment a bit higher on the throttlebody, and make sure there are no intake leaks. also see if the air idle control on the intake is working( mine you can hear when you turn the key on). try those and hopefully it will work. i watched the vid and it sounds like it is being choked out and not running out of fuel. send me a pm and let me know if any of this works.
